Once commissioned, E-RATIONAL chooses to support the customer as much as possible. Therefore, remote assistance is one of the most interesting tools to assist the customer when having an issue. Remote assistance requires internet access at the site of installation.
Through remote assistance, quick analysis can be made and fast troubleshooting can be achieved, resulting in an efficient client support meanwhile costs are kept to the minimum. If it seems that the remote service is not able to solve the problem, the customer will be advised an on-site inspection and redirected to customer services.
